Our friends at Root Down Market are taking over one of the Under the Oaks Food Sheds! Root Down Market, located in New Sharon, Maine, is a restaurant and market serving Maine-produced meat, eggs, cheese, grains, and ice cream!

•Fried Chicken Sammie & Fries - panko-crusted local chicken, hot honey, Maine mustard pickles, and coleslaw on a grilled potato bun with fries
•Chicken Tendies Basket - hand-cut, panko-crusted, local chicken tenderloins with fries and choice of sauce for maximum dippage.
•Katsu Sweet Potato Burger & Fries - Curry Sweet Potato Fritter, Pickled Carrot & Daikon, Vegan Wasabi Mayo & Mixed Greens on a grilled potato bun.

The Narrow Gauge food shack will offer Smash Burgers, Wood-fired Pizza, Soft Drinks, Beer, and more. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options will be available.

Fields Fields will be on site with their mobile blueberry truck serving up amazing blueberry crisp and more! Fields Fields is a 2nd generation family run MOFGA certified organic wild blueberry farm in Dresden, Maine.
